Over the years, I’ve read countless stories—in books, blog posts, and articles—that have touched my heart. Some gave me courage when I needed it most, others brought lightness, a laugh, or a gentle smile to my face.
Now, I feel it is my turn to share.
I write to make sense of the world, to honor my feelings, to tell a story, or to whisper a poem. And even if only one of these words brings comfort, inspiration, or joy to someone out there…then it is all worth it.
Welcome and enjoy…
My story. I am a forty seven years old woman, born in Poland in the seventies. I moved to America twenty three years ago, for a reason not known to me at that time. Now I know—I was running away… From what? From all the responsibilities I took upon myself—by myself.
I am alone in the house.
Do I feel lonely?
No…I enjoy my own company.
I love myself and being with myself.
To love yourself is…
…to take care of yourself,
…to eat what makes us feel good,
…to tell yourself kind, inspiring, and supporting words,
…to meet with people who inspire and help you grow, and…
…to avoid those who take us down.
The Ex is out there
Living his life,
Being himself,
And caring just for himself.
I remember many moments from my childhood—the warm and happy ones, as well as the sad. With mom, dad and other people important to me.

did something you read speak to your heart?
I’d love to hear what moved you — a thought, a feeling, a memory that surfaced.
My words are just the beginning; your story matters too.
Let’s open that quiet little space between writer and reader… and simply connect.
